At KAKO HALE, we offer you a unique shopping experience to explore, purchase and enjoy the finest makeup and skincare products, imported directly from the USA. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Shopping at www.kakohale.com :
The products on our site are not immediately available in stock in Chile and must be ordered from official suppliers in the US. After receiving your order, we will send you an email with the current waiting times. The purchase will be processed immediately both on our website and in official physical stores that distribute our brands.
The estimated waiting time and arrival in Chile is 15 to 30 days, and may be extended up to 90 days. This period includes the purchase, processing, international shipping, dispatch to Chile through Starken and/or Chilexpress, and the customs clearance process (subject to availability of customs agents).
Once your order arrives at our logistics center in Chile, it will be delivered to the selected national courier within 24 to 72 business hours. You will receive an email with the dispatch confirmation and the tracking number (available only for shipments through Starken and Chilexpress).

You will receive a notification email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. Enter the number on the courier's website to check the status of your shipment.

Shipping Policies:
You can track your purchase with the tracking number sent to your email. Delivery times are up to 7 business days in the Metropolitan Region and up to 10 business days in other regions. These times may vary depending on the service contracted.
Delivery Attempts: The couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to the distribution center. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which will have an additional cost.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid address with a person over 18 years of age available to receive the order. Delays or costs due to incorrect address, change of address, or absence of a recipient will be the customer's responsibility.
If you made a mistake in the shipping information, please notify us within 12 hours of confirming your purchase via contacto@kakohale.com so we can correct it.
If there is no coverage for your address, you can request delivery to the nearest courier branch and pick up your order within the time frame established by the company.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.kakohale.com . By using the site, you agree to our privacy and data protection policy. We reserve the right to update, modify or remove content without notice, including availability, specifications, prices and terms.
Only persons over 18 years of age may make purchases on our site, in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. To purchase, follow these steps:

- Shop as a guest or register.
- Select office and complete the information.
- Make the payment.
- Finalize the order, confirming the product details, price, delivery date, payment method and total value.
After processing payment, you will receive a confirmation email with order details, order number and shipping address.

Payment Methods:
We accept payments by debit or credit cards through FLOW (including Webpay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as bank transfer from any bank in Chile.

You authorize KAKO HALE Chile to use your data to operate the site, improve our services and send you relevant information. You can register a password for your purchases and change it whenever you want. We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data.
We do not request personal or financial information by email. If we detect irregularities in transactions, we will contact you to verify your data and prevent fraud.

Changes and Returns:
You can request an exchange if the product has factory defects. Contact us at contacto@kakohale.com with the order number, product photo and description of the defect within 5 business days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Changes due to delays or extended delivery times are not accepted. Changes due to right of withdrawal or satisfaction guarantee are not accepted either. Refunds are not available. For loss or damage by the courier, contact the transport company directly.

All content on www.kakohale.com , including logos and text, is the property of the supplier brands and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the KAKO HALE Chile name or brand is prohibited.

Legalization:
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from the use of the website will be resolved under Chilean law.
